where’s my ticket?

if you bought a ticket and didn’t see the email, here’s the 60-second fix.

1. check the email we sent

your ticket arrives from tickets@tired.events within 30 seconds of checkout. it includes a qr code, the event details, and a link to add the ticket to your apple or google wallet.

2. check spam, gmail’s promotions tab

for gmail users, receipts often land in promotions. search from:tired.events and drag it to primary.

3. resend it yourself

go to tired.events → orders → the event → “resend ticket”. it goes to the email on the order.

4. different email at checkout?

happens a lot. log in with the original email (we’ll send a magic link). then update the email on the order from the orders page.

5. still missing

hello@ and we’ll resend within the hour. include the event name and the card last-4 you used.

tickets show up at the door without email

yes. the scanner also works against your name + phone number. if your phone is dead, bring id; we’ll find you on the list.
